When you are done shopping, go to the shopping cart and complete the prerequisites to complete your order. You are first required to set the payment method, and your personal information. Availability

For all the ceramics that appear on the xeiroplathi.gr website, we will inform you immediately about their availability and shipping time.

If for any reason one of your orders cannot be loaded in the specific time period that we have mentioned, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you of the new delivery date. If you consider that it does not serve you, you can cancel your order and if it has been paid, your money will be returned within 6 days to the bank account of the banks cooperating with us.

REFUNDS CANCELLATIONS

Our company gives you the right to return products within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event that you, for some reason, want the replacement of a product, our company gives you the option as long as the following conditions apply:

• The product to be replaced has not been used, has not suffered damage from use and its packaging must be in excellent condition.

•The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt). If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice.

In this case, you will bear the transport costs of receiving and sending the new one. If the product has not been returned for replacement within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, then our company does not undertake any replacement.
